Asian Stocks Track The Upward Trend Set By Wall Street

Asian stocks experienced a widespread surge on Thursday following the U.S. Federal Reserve's indication of the conclusion of its tightening cycle and its adoption of a dovish stance for the upcoming year.
U.S. Treasury yields reached a new four-month low, contributing to a continued decline in the dollar.
MSCI's comprehensive index of Asia-Pacific shares, excluding Japan, surged by 1.8%, marking its most significant one-day percentage gain in a month.
Mainland Chinese blue chips saw a modest increase of 0.2%, while Hong Kong's benchmark advanced by 1.2%. Australian shares also rose by 1.6%.
In contrast, Japan's Nikkei experienced a 0.7% decline, influenced by the sharp rally of the yen.
