Bahrain, Israel Discuss Tourism Cooperation

Bahrain and Israel have discussed developing tourism cooperation between them after their historic peace treaty signed in September.
The discussion came in a phone call made by Bahraini Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism Zayed bin Rashed with Israeli Minister of Tourism Orit Farkash-Hacohen, Al Watan newspaper reported.
Both official confirmed that such contacts would greatly enrich the tourism industry in view of regional stability and “positive, historic” transformations.
Their discussion also tackled developing tourist traffic and facilitating travel procedures between them, according to the report.
