Bahrain Detects 371 New Cases On October 17

Out of 11,127 COVID-19 tests carried out yesterday, 371 new cases have been detected among which 95 are expatriate workers, 267 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 9 are travel related. There were 408 recoveries from the virus, increasing total recoveries to 73,421.
There are currently 42 cases in a critical condition, and 93 cases receiving treatment. 3,570 cases are stable out of a total of 3,612 active cases. The Ministry also announced the death of 3 citizens on Friday, increasing the total death toll to 292.
