Director General of the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, said the institute continues to support women's advancement and enhance their contributions.
In this regard, she said, it aligns with the goals of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), headed by His Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa.
According to her, Bahraini women play an important role in research, institutional policies, and developing strategies that positively affect Bahrain's development.
A meeting of the Equal Opportunities Committee was chaired by Dr. Shaikha Rana, who spoke about research, training, consulting, and coaching initiatives aimed at promoting equal opportunities and gender balance within the training and research sectors.
Bahraini women leaders will be highlighted through initiatives launched by the institute's director general. Training programmes are being developed to support Bahraini women's advancement, enhance their leadership capabilities, and enhance their role in sustainable development.
