The Summer is unfortunately the season of throwing dead animals out in streets despite the municipality provides the service for free. This was exclusively reported by Albilad newspaper.
The Bahraini photographer, Abdullah Hasan, documented throwing a dead horse in the farms' area in Buri village and its removal by the Northern Municipality.
He noted that at this time of the year, the scene of thrown dead animals like cattle and sheep horses and cows in the open was frequent especially near the farms' areas.
Hassan commented that animal breeders should bear the responsibility of their animals whether they were alive or dead. He stated that the breeder who raised an animal properly and conscientiously would not throw the animal’s dead body in the open when the animal was dead.
The photographer indicated that the municipality provides a service for transporting dead animals for free, and all breeders had to do was calling and give them the location, and they would take care of the task. He expressed sincere thanks to the Northern Municipality for undertaking the task of removing a dead horse.
