Carrefour, operated by Majid Al Futtaim in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is introducing Click and Collect, a new service that will give online shoppers added flexibility and convenience with their order. Carrefour’s online customers now have the option to collect their orders from the Carrefour Bahrain Mall Store (Car Parking Lot).

Carrefour has launched Click and Collect to address increased demand for online shopping in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The new service allows shoppers to fill their online grocery baskets, and place an order; before selecting a suitable timeslot that fits their schedule to pick up their items from the Carrefour Bahrain Mall Store. Groceries will be carefully packaged and stored, and where necessary refrigerated, until customers pick up their orders.

Jerome Akel, Country Manager of Carrefour Bahrain at Majid Al Futtaim Retail said, “At a critical time when customers are seeking more choice and convenience from their shopping experience, we’ve listened and responded with the launch of our new Click and Collect service. Carrefour’s Click and Collect service will cover the entirety of Bahrain, giving customers in and from communities across the Kingdom the opportunity to shop online and pick-up their orders at the Carrefour Bahrain Mall Store parking lot.
