Crash Biker Is Denied Claim For Damages

A reckless biker has escaped having to pay a five figure sum in compensation to a fellow motorcyclist he ploughed into because the injured man took too long to seek compensation. The High Civil Appeals Court dismissed the claim as a result of the time delay as legal action must be taken within three years .
