Crude Oil Prices Increase In Anticipation Of The Federal Reserve Meeting

In early Asian trading on Wednesday, oil prices saw a slight increase as market participants anticipate key global central bank meetings, including the U.S. Federal Reserve.
Brent January crude futures advanced by 0.3%, or 28 cents, reaching $85.30 per barrel as of 0330 GMT, rebounding from a decline of over 1% observed on Tuesday, according to Reuters.
Brent December futures concluded at $87.41 per barrel, registering a 4-cent dip at the contract's expiration on Tuesday.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures recorded a 0.2% gain, equivalent to 16 cents, reaching $81.02 per barrel, recovering from a 1.6% decrease experienced in the preceding session.
