Based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and approval by the Cabinet, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued Decree (94) of 2023, restructuring the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund.

According to the decree, the following must be done:

In article (I),

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa will chair the Labour Fund Board of Directors, with the following members:

One of them is His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki

In the second place, HE Nour bint Ali Al Khulaif

A third person, Waleed Ibrahim Kanoo

In the fourth place, Bassem Mohammad Al Saei

The fifth is Mohammad Farouq Al Moayyad

The 6th is Dr. Youssef Yaqoub Al Mas

The seventh is Yaqoub Youssef Muhammad

The eighth is Hassan Abdullah Al Halwaji

Four years shall be the term of their membership in the Council.

The second article (II)

The provisions of this decree will be implemented by the Prime Minister and published in the Official Gazette as soon as possible.
