Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Shaikh Ahmad Fahad Al Ahmad Al Sabah, along with Shehab Al Said, Oman's Deputy Prime Minister of Defense Affairs, engaged in discussions on bilateral relations and military cooperation.
The meeting between the two ministers took place on the sidelines of the 20th Defense Minister's Council held in Muscat, as indicated by a statement from the Kuwait Defense Ministry.
During the meeting, they addressed current regional and global developments, as reported by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA). Shaikh Ahmad Al Fahad commended the strong historical ties between the two nations and expressed hope for their further enhancement across various domains.
Highlighting the significance of such meetings, he emphasized their role in reinforcing cooperation among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Kuwait's Ambassador to Oman, Mohammed Al Hajri, was also present at the meeting.
