His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa met with His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nayhan, President of the UAE.

They stressed their shared desire to further strengthen Bahraini-UAE ties in a way that serves their common interests as they reviewed the deep-rooted, solid Bahraini-UAE relationship.

A high-level joint fruitful cooperation and coordination at all levels resulted in the two leaders extolling the virtues of their robust bilateral relations, which have been growing steadily for some time.

Their wishes for the two countries and their people were for continued progress and prosperity.

As well as discussing regional and global developments, HM the King and the UAE President exchanged views.
