Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence, met with James Holmes, Secretary General of the International Communities Organisation (ICO) in the United Kingdom.

During the meeting, they explored avenues to strengthen bilateral cooperation for mutual benefits. Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed praised the longstanding Bahraini-British relations and their advancement across various sectors, highlighting the ICO's role in empowering and advancing societies.

Holmes acknowledged Bahrain's impressive achievements in the realm of sustainable development goals (SDGs) and the protection of human rights. He also received insights into Bahrain's initiatives for training, qualification, and capacity-building as part of the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
