Following the tremendous success of the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) over the past decade, the Supreme Organising Committee has announced a new brand identity for the show for the next decade, ensuring the continuity of the prestigious aviation event, spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
BIAS Supreme Organising Committee Chairman His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa launched the new logo.
According to HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad, BIAS' success has been attributed to HM the King's directives to promote it regionally and globally.
BIAS has also been developed thanks to the constant follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. According to His Highness, aviation is a promising sector that supports Bahrain's economy and creates new opportunities for Bahrainians.
In light of the great number of prestigious civil and military aviation companies participating in BIAS 2024, and the expected massive turnout from Bahrain and abroad, HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad stressed the kingdom's commitment to harnessing all potentials and providing all facilities for BIAS 2024 to succeed.
As a result of the ongoing cooperation between the organisers and sponsors, His Highness commended the success of BIAS, which will enhance the kingdom's long-standing experience in aviation and space. The efforts being made to ensure the success of BIAS reflect Bahrain's ambition to boost the industry of specialized exhibitions, especially aviation and space, in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
After a successful decade, HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad said the new logo was part of BIAS' constant modernisation strategy. He added that the Show's new visual identity is a reflection of its success, reflecting a modern, dynamic touch, which is characterized by elegance and simplicity, making it easily recognisable and applicable in a variety of communication and marketing methods.
"With the new design, we are highlighting our commitment to aviation development and innovation. As well as illustrating the spirit of the Show and its objectives, it embodies the movement and progress witnessed in the aviation sector with its use of harmonious and modern colour gradations. In addition, it will reinforce BIAS' position as one of the region's and the world's premier air shows. His Highness also emphasized that it embodies our vision for the next ten years.
