His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, graced the BRAVE International Combat Week (BICW) with his presence today.

Under the patronage of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad, the event unfolded at the Khalifa Sports City arena and was organized by BRAVE Combat Federation in collaboration with the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF).

During the BICW's second main event, BRAVE CF 79, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad observed the competitions, which featured 16 participants, including Bahraini fighters Rasul Magomedov and Ramazan Gitinov.

HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad expressed his pride in hosting the BICW in the kingdom, encompassing three significant BRAVE CF professional events—BRAVE CF 77, 79, and 80—alongside the IMMAF Asian Championships.

Affirming that Bahrain's hosting of BICW solidifies its standing as a premier destination for mixed martial arts in the region, HH Shaikh Khalid noted the kingdom's previous successes in this domain. He warmly welcomed all participating delegations, emphasizing Bahrain's pride in hosting the latest edition of BICW.
