His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a letter from the Emir of Kuwait, Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, dealing with deep-rooted historical fraternal ties binding the two brotherly countries as well as the latest developments on the regional and Arab scenes.

The letter was handed over to HM the King by Kuwaiti Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Ahmed Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah, during a meeting with HM the King at Safriya Palace today.

Dr. Shaikh Ahmed Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah conveyed to HM the King the greetings of the Emir of Kuwait and Crown Prince, Shaikh Meshal Al-Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, as well as their best wishes of further growth and prosperity to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

HM the King asked Dr. Shaikh Ahmed Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah to convey his greetings and best wishes to the Emir of Kuwait and the Crown Prince. He took pride in distinguished bilateral relations and their advanced level in various fields. 

He also lauded the pioneering role of the Emir of Kuwait in strengthening ties binding the two brotherly countries and boosting pan-Arab work.
