His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today emailed all public sector employees.

In his communication, HRH the Crown Prince noted that the launch of the third edition of the Government Innovation Competition (Fikra) corresponds with the challenges presented by the global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), which has opened new possibilities across various sectors globally. 

HRH the Crown Prince stressed the value of identifying areas of development and improvement across government workstreams amidst these unprecedented circumstances, and the importance of transforming challenges into success stories, projects and pioneering initiatives that contribute to competitiveness, optimal performance and sustainability.
