The DANAT booth at the Jewellery Arabia Exhibition in Bahrain saw a significant turnout on its opening day, attracting visitors from both within and outside the country. Held under the patronage of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the exhibition is set to continue until the upcoming Saturday.

Attendees at the DANAT pavilions expressed a remarkable level of interest in the exclusive collection of precious items from the Egyptian royal family. This year marked the first public unveiling of treasures, including a 107-year-old gold and diamond necklace worn by Muhammad Ali Pasha and the luxurious toiletry collection of Queen Nazli, the mother of King Farouk I.

Notably, purchasers of gold, jewelry, pearls, and gemstones from any showroom at the Arabian Jewellery Exhibition can take advantage of DANAT's swift certification service, with certificates conveniently delivered to their mobile phones via the app.

DANAT's diverse activities during the exhibition attracted attention from industry experts and practitioners in the pearl and gemstone sectors. A lecture on lab-grown synthetic diamonds by Ziad Khaled, the Institute's Chief Trainer, was a highlight that captured the interest of attendees. Thorough examinations of each exhibited item ensured an immersive experience for all visitors.

The DANAT team curated an enjoyable experience for attendees, featuring the engaging "Oyster Shucking" activity to enhance understanding of handling oysters and the potential discovery of pearls. Natural Bahraini pearls were also showcased at the exhibition.

Yaser Al Sharifi, Chairman of DANAT, emphasized the institute's commitment to annual participation in the Jewellery Arabia Exhibition as part of ongoing efforts to promote "DANAT" and Bahrain as premier destinations for pearl extraction, trade, jewelry, and gemstones.

Al Sharifi highlighted DANAT's global acclaim as the foremost institute for providing exceptional pearl and gemstone examination services. Noora Jamsheer, DANAT CEO, expressed optimism about the turnout at their booths during the Arabian Jewellery Show, anticipating the opportunity to serve customers, engage with them, and contribute to the national economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Jamsheer emphasized that the exhibition serves as a platform to closely observe market trends and stay abreast of various developments, enhancing DANAT's performance and role in Bahrain's economy.
