Mother Loses Baby’s Custody

A mother accused of torturing her baby and causing him a permanent disability has lost her custody rights, said a report in Akhbar Al Khaleej. The Lower Sharia Court ruled against the mother, transferring the custody of the infant to his aunt for his safety .
