The Ministry of Health has confirmed that one person died today due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the country’s death toll to five. The deceased patient was a 70-year-old Bahraini citizen, with underlying health conditions.

The deceased got the necessary treatment and care around the clock by the medical team. He and all the cases in isolation and treatment centers, were subjected to necessary analyses carried out continuously.

Currently, there are 341 active cases in Bahrain.
