Over 200,000 Coronavirus Tests Conducted In Bahrain

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that is has carried out 202,967 coronavirus (COVID-19) tests as of today. More than 7,000 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry today, confirmed that it detected 249 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total of active cases to 3,576. Of this, 164 are expat workers, 84 are contacts of active cases and 1 is related to travel abroad.
Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed 3 recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus today, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 2,195 since the outbreak first began. Nine deaths have been recorded in total.
