Paid Sick Leave For Public Employee Under Quarantine - Civil Service Bureau

The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) confirmed that the statutes and regulations in force grant the government employee special paid leave regardless of the balance of his sick leave when the medical apparatuses of the Ministry of Health decide to subject him to quarantine or keep him at home for isolation reasons.
The CSB confirmed in an awareness leaflet that any employee decided to be isolated or kept at home will receive his salary with the allowances due.
"These rights include all types of employment," it added.
