“Investments, commercial and industrial properties are not included within the free garbage bags service provided by the ministry,” this came in the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning’s response to an article published in Albilad Newspaper.
The ministry explained that garbage bags were a free service granted to owners houses, their families, relatives and employees of the owner. It added that Bahraini families who live in rented houses or apartments were included to benefit from this service if they were registered in a fee reduction service for Bahraini families according to Resolution No. (3) for the year 1999.
