Residential areas were sterilized by Bahraini volunteers, individuals and civil society organizations. This was exclusively reported by Albilad Newspaper. 

The areas included Dar Kulaib and Hamad Town with the participation of MP Mohammed Khalifa Bouhmoud. 

Bouhmoud told Albilad that the volunteers' participation in the sterilization campaign reflected the level of awareness and responsibility towards their country. He explained that the sterilization campaign included the commercial shops and markets. 

The MP expressed his thanks and appreciation to all participants in the campaign as well as his his pleasure over the extent of cooperation of the people of the region with the volunteer team and the sterilization campaign.

He stressed the need to strengthen support for volunteer teams in different areas to implement sterilization and disinfection projects, in a way that contributes to achieving the desired goals to limit the spread of COVID-19.
