Saudi Forces Destroy Explosive-laden Drone Targeting Kingdom

The Arab coalition destroyed a drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia toward Saudi Arabia, state news agency reported citing Spokesman Col. Turki Al-Maliki.
“The joint coalition forces managed to intercept and destroy an explosive-laden drone in Yemeni airspace, which was launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia toward the Kingdom to target civilian objects and civilians in a systematic and deliberate manner,” Al-Maliki said in a statement.
The coalition early this month also intercepted a Houthi drone launched towards the Kingdom.
