Bahrain CIO200 award distribution ceremony is set to be held remotely on November 17 under the patronage of Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, in partnership with Huawei Company.

Forum Chairman Dr. Jassim Hajji said the award distribution ceremony, which was held in more than 24 countries by GEC-UAE, is the biggest tribute to the digital leaders in the Middle East and Africa. 

He added the ceremony will be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the fourth consecutive year, pointing out that a short list of Bahrain award winners will be selected to be among the 200 best information officials at the celebration that will be held in Dubai in December.

Huawei Bahrain Chief Executive Jason Kao, the official partner of the event, hailed the initiatives aimed at crediting the digital leaders in Bahrain which have been sponsored by Huawei over the past 16 years.

Forum Chairman Dr. Jassim Hajji expressed thanks and gratitude to the Shura Council Chairman for patronizing the event for the second consecutive year, stressing the role played by Huawei Company in developing technology and professionals in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
