Today, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received Konstantin Limitovskiy, Vice President of Investment Operations II for East & Central Asia, EMEA, and Americas at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Shaikh Salman emphasized the crucial role of financial institutions in supporting development projects and fostering investment in various essential sectors, contributing to overall economic development.

The minister commended the bank's efforts in formulating financing plans and solutions for infrastructure projects, as well as its role in promoting collaborative investments among member states to realize sustainable development objectives. He also acknowledged the bank's contribution to enhancing Asian cooperation with bilateral and multilateral international organizations.

Highlighting the Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment, Shaikh Salman expressed eagerness to strengthen joint cooperation, exchange expertise, and adopt best practices with the bank to effectively achieve shared goals.
