Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, held discussions with Matthew Luckhurst, Managing Director of APM Terminals Bahrain, the operational entity of Khalifa bin Salman Port.

Isa Al Qattami, Chief Government & Security Affairs Officer, was also present during the meeting.

The minister received a comprehensive overview of the company's significant initiatives, future plans, and strategies aimed at strengthening collaboration to bolster Bahrain’s developmental endeavors.

He underscored the criticality of forging strategic alliances with corporations and institutions to advance environmental conservation and sustainable growth, while also nurturing technical and logistical capabilities.

Luckhurst expressed admiration for Bahrain’s support of specialized companies and the minister’s enthusiasm to further cultivate collaborative ties.
