Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC).

There were also His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, GSA Deputy Chairman, Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, GSA CEO, Fares Mustafa Al-Kooheji, BOC Secretary-General, and Eshaq Abdulla Eshaq, Chairman of the Executive Committee of ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024.

Laurent Petrynka's visit to the kingdom was welcomed by HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad, who praised Bahrain's sports entities and ISF's ongoing close collaboration, affirming Bahrain's readiness to host the ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, under the patronage of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

As part of the preparations for the global school sports event in the kingdom, the two sides discussed the ongoing preparations.

The ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024 was a great success thanks to the efforts of the kingdom, and Laurent Petrynka wished Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
