Two Deaths Reported Taking The Virus Toll To 49

The Health Ministry announced two more deaths from Covid-19 taking the death toll in Bahrain to 49.
The ministry said a 64-year-old male citizen and a 57-year-old male citizen died due to Covid-19. The Ministry of Health expressed its heartfelt condolences to the individual’s family at this difficult time.
The latest update (17 June, 4:30 pm) reveals that there are currently 133 Covid-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 25 are in a critical condition.
Over 5,613 cases are stable out of a total of 5,638 active cases. The total number of discharged recovered cases totals to 13,866. Bahrain has conducted over 4,38,080 tests.
