A webinar is set to shed light on empowering Women-Led Businesses to Grow. Hosted by the US Embassy, American Chamber of Commerce, United Nations Development Programme, and the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society, the seminar will discuss on empowering women-led businesses to grow through the US-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement.

The U.S. Ambassador and FTA users will discuss the US-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement and how to import and export using the FTA.

In “Wonder Woman, Captain America, and Other Powerful Brands,” franchising expert, Joel Stewart, will discuss how to leverage existing US franchises to jump-start business. Session “Ex-pecially for You: Getting Your Product to Market in the US,” will highlight exporting goods to the US like jewellery, fabrics, plastic & aluminium.

Tips and tricks to help take advantage of e-commerce platforms like CISCO to grow customer base will be focused in the session titled “Using eCommerce to Strengthen Your Business”. 

“We Can Do It: Promoting American Products Abroad,” will demonstrate how to import American products, particularly health and environmentally friendly products.

The virtual seminar is set to take place on from May 31 until June 4. A one-hour session each day at 3 PM will help participants develop skills to grow business. This event has been generously supported by the US State Department’s POWER initiative.
