During a ceremony held at the Palestinian Embassy in Bahrain to mark World Teachers' Day 2023, Palestinian Ambassador to Bahrain Taha Mohammed Abdul Qader honored veteran Palestinian and Bahraini teachers.

On this occasion, the ambassador congratulated Palestinian and Bahraini teachers, in particular.

The former minister expressed pride in honoring Palestinian and Bahraini teachers who had made significant contributions to the development of education in Bahrain during their careers.

As the ambassador acknowledged, veteran Palestinian teachers have been the best ambassadors of their country in Bahrain since they arrived here in the 1950s, he conveyed the greetings of Mahmood Abbas, Palestinian President.

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, praised Bahraini rulers for their support of education, noting that Bahrain's educational process is advancing thanks to their unwavering care, which has earned Bahrain global acclaim.

The Ambassador thanked and appreciated the kingdom's leadership, government, and people for their support of the Palestinian issue and for hosting the Palestinian community.

In appreciation of the veteran Palestinian and Bahraini teachers' contributions to the development of education in Bahrain, the envoy presented them with certificates and commemorative shields.
