The Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bahrain Polytechnic to cooperate in preparing a training program for building requirements in Bahrain according to the unified guide to building permits requirements.

Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, the Minister, stressed that signing the MoU with Bahrain Polytechnic aims to develop the policies  that will enhance system development and building permits requirements through cooperation projects and practical training.

Bahrain Polytechnic Chairman of the Board of Trustees Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa expressed happiness about signing the memo with the  ministry to provide students with the needed skills for the field. He stressed that cooperation with a professional public institution, like the Works Ministry, will groom Bahrain Polytechnic students in that field.
