An Asian worker was injured in a car-fire in a welding workshop in Salmabad Industrial area a few hours ago. The Ministry of Interior announced through its official social media accounts.

The General Directorate of Civil Defense did not reveal any official information about the incident, it just stated that the National Ambulance provided medical services on the site and the worker was transferred to the hospital. Preliminary information indicated that the cause of the car-fire was neglecting the safety precautions of welding works. 

The Ministry of the Interior assured that everything was under control and the necessary official procedures were taken by concerned authorities. 

The ministry urged all drivers to take maximum precautions in general and those regarding electricity connections in particular to avoid dangerous incidents that might put souls in danger.

It is noteworthy that news about the incident went viral before being announced by the Ministry of Interior as fire smoke were seen from long distances.
